My background as a journalist means I can research any topic. For Goodwood I wrote some pieces of fashion history, delved into topics including why thrift and vintage is making a comeback and what it’s like to be an impersonator and interviewed impersonators, designers, traders and makers.

Kuoni got in touch as they needed help to relaunch their customer magazine. They wanted to showcase their brand as the foremost expert in luxury travel. Travel is my big passion and Kuoni is a brilliant brand so I was delighted to be asked. The catch? They had just six weeks to get the magazine to print

Skylight bars were launching a new venture in Peckham and wanted a tone of voice guide that help create a cohesive brand identity as the grew – and entice people into their special brand of extraordinary.

Kiyumi is wellness startup, offering a psychedelic retreats at its centre in Amsterdam. They approached me as they wanted a document that would tie separate pieces of their brand identity together, and underpin it with a tone of voice guide that they could eventually roll out over their website and social media.

Working through my agency Content Collective I relaunched Flight Centre’s magazine. It’s still packed with the same great content, but we now print 360,000 copies per issue. 300 000 of these are used as a tool of acquisition and are distributed through the Week, the Saturday Telegraph and The Sunday Times.

For Ziggy Lloyd – a sustainable fashion start-up – I hosted a full-day workshop to galvanise the brand.

In January 2021 Cotswold Company approached me, asking if I could pull together a team to create their first editorially-led customer magazine. Oh, and they wanted it printed and with customers by April.
