Ten out of ten

With stunning views, irresistible amenities, and a central London location all part of the package, the penthouse at Ten Trinity Square is the ultimate collectible treasure for those wishing to own a living piece of art and history. Words by Dominic Lutyens and Ellie Fazan

Designed by Sir Edwin Cooper as the London Port Authority headquarters, Ten Trinity Square is one of Britain’s finest unsung buildings. Opened in 1922, it reflects a time when the city was the center of world trade, and ships from around the globe unloaded their cargo on the banks of the river. On the tower that rises from the building, a sculpture of Old Father Thames points to the east in homage to these trade links.
